Printed for the Proprietor. London. 1843. Octavo. Unpaginated [114pp]. Contemporary full tree calf. Gilt lettering, motifs, floral embellishment, rules and dentelles. Head and tail of spine partially relaid and tooled. Brass clasp. Marbled endpapers. Bumped to corners. Some browning. "Made and Sold by T Bedwell, Mathematical and Philosophical Instrument Maker" tipped in to title page, over Joseph Long. Final page partially relaid.
Joseph Long, mathematical, optical and hydrometer instrument maker. The mathematical instrument maker Thomas Bedwell was established in the sixteenth century.
