This comic novel tells of the simultaneous invasion of England by several armies and features references to many well-known figures of the day, including Herbert Gladstone, Edgar Wallace, Seymour Hicks, George Edwardes, and Bob Fitzsimmons. Written by Sir Pelham Grenville Wodehouse, an English writer and one of the most widely read humorists of the 20th century. Illustrated by C. Harrison, a British illustrator and cartoonist.
