Thomas Nelson & Sons Ltd., 1111. Hardcover. Acceptable. No Edition Remarks. 345 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Contains black and white illustrations by Newton Whittaker. Front free endpaper is missing. Pages are lightly tanned with mild foxing to endpapers and text block edges. Mild cracking to hinge, with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Minor dog-eared corners, with water staining, pencil marks and a few small nicks along text block edge. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout. Water staining to upper page edges. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with notable bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Light tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a pronounced forward lean and slight bow. Liquid drops down spine, with fraying to joint.
