A full and detailed World War I history of minesweepers and their crews, derived from their personal experiences. This is a bright and crisp copy of the First English edition, without dust jacket. There is a very gentle front hinge break, else fine. Recently deaccessioned from the library of the New York Yacht Club, the book bears the club’s stunning vintage bookplate on the front pastedown, along with a discreet Case and Shelf notation. No other markings.
