New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1936. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Frontispiece, with 15 illustrations and two maps. Original blue cloth binding, with dark blue stamping. Ink signature to the front flyleaf. The spine is very lightly sun faded, with just a hint of wear to the spine ends and corners; otherwise a crisp and clean, very good copy.
