Oversized in illustrated stiff wrappers (this copy with the advertising imprint of a Rockaway and Wharton, New Jersey lumber company. 32 pp. Illustrated with photos and drawings of complete structures and with floor plan diagrams. Very good, small ownership name printed top edge of the front cover, interior clean. Issued during the depts of the Great Depression, a promotional book touting summer cottages, camps, and lodges as sound investments that "..pay big dividends in happiness, rest, comfort and recreation..". Forty-seven designs are detailed.
