Refunds Silver Books can create full or partial refunds for buyers, including original shipping costs. When you purchase an item via Biblio.com, Biblio.com charges your credit card and passes on payment--less a commission--to us. For you to secure a refund equivalent to your initial purchase price and shipping costs, we will coordinate with you and Biblio.com to arrange a refund for your purchase upon the return of the item(s) in the order. We may issue full or partial refunds for an order.
