About This Item

Paris: Libraire Armand Colin, 1915.. Pamphlet. Good. Good pamphlet in blue wrapper. Edges of wrapper are heavily browned as are the edges of the pages. Light scuffing to the covers also. Distinct small to the pamphlet. Pages are browned and a little stiff but not brittle. 36 pages. A propaganda work examining the diplomacy from the end of the Napoleonic Wars to the beginning of World War I, placing blame on Germany (and Austria-Hungary to a lesser extent) for the start of this conflict.
