Garden City, New York: Doubleday & Company, 1969. Hardcover. Octavo, 351 pages. In Good condition with Good minus Dust Jacket. Spine is black with white lettering. Dust jacket has shelf wear, with small closed tears along the edges, a large open tear on the back cover, age-toning, and scuffing. Boards have some discoloration along the head and tail edges. Text block has some age-toning.
