The top edges of the covers are dampstained & the bottom edges are faded. The dust jacket is darkened around the edges & lightly chipped with spotting to the edges of the rear fold. xvi, [1] leaf, 424 & xvi pages plus colophon. Black-and-white illustrations. The front edges of a few rear pages are slightly foxed. Good. <p>First edition.<p>Inscribed by Robert Craft to theatrical agent Milton Goldman: "To Milton / milles amities / Robert / April 23/73".
