MORGAN SHUSTER, ex-Treasurer General of Persia. New York: The Century Company, June, 1912. 5 5/8" x 8 5/16", 423 pages, including 85 b & w photos, one tri-color fold-out map. FIRST US EDITION THUS. Overall condition Very Good/no dust jacket. Ex-library with appurtenances thereto. Pages (rough cut with gold gilt top edges) = moderate tanning, no marks of any kind (except library), tight, sharp corners, few liquid stains to upper corners, light bump to bottom edges. Cover (cloth boards with particulars and middle eastern border design in gold) = tight, slightly worn corners, former library appurtenances, top and bottom/spine folded.
