The author, a Professor of Medicine, was a Dean of Students and Faculty at Rush. The covers are the original rose cloth with gilt spine and cover lettering. This is a clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings. There are no owner bookplates or owner names in the book.; Frontis Portrait, B&W Photos; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 82 pages .
