Stilles Wirken - Schweizer Dichterinnen by Olga Brand - 1949

Zurich: Büchergilde Gutenberg, 1949. Hardcover. Near Fine/Poor. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcover with dust jacket. DJ is in very poor condition and in several pieces. There is also a large chunk missing off the front and the word "German" written right in the center. The dust jacket paper around the spine is very brittle and will easily chip. Despite the horrible condition of the dust jacket, it did a very good job protecting the cloth boards underneath. Boards are clean with good corners, the only issue being some light toning along the edges. The internal binding is good and text pages are tight. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings, no handwriting, nothing torn or loose. End pages show toning and exterior page edges have foxing spots.
