The ffep features a pencil sketch along with "Greetings from the Wachtels 1911." This sketch was done by Marion Kavanagh Wachtel (1875-1954) and signed with her monogram. Ownership signature of Jack Wells, a member of the California art Club, whose portrait was later painted by Julian Wendt. Edge/corner wear to cloth, 2nd ffep detached, laid in. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 74 pp. pages .
