It is contained in a very good black cloth hardshell box with black morocco spine with gilt title. One side of the black clamshell box has a vertical line scratched down the center, possibly by a knife. This is the Deluxe Edition of 26 lettered copies, this one K, signed by sixteen contributors. Illustrated in black & white. 9" high X 6" wide, 363 pages. Scarce. Large heavy book, foreign shipping will be extra. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Half-Leather. Fine.
