About This Item

Howell-North, Berkeley, CA, 1961. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good-. Signed. First printing with no subsequent history on copyright page. Inscribed, SIGNED, and dated (December 1963) by Jerry MacMillan on the title page. Thje volume is heavily rubbed and lightly soiled on the facing panels, and the spine ewnds are gently curled. The unclipped dust jacket, protected in a sleeve, is noticeably rubbed on the frton panel, has edge wear to include nicks and abrasions, and the spine is sunned from brown to gray. Illustrted with 34 pp of reproduced photographs and documents.
