Something Else Press. Hardcover in jacket. First edition. SIGNED BY AUTHOR on individualized bookplate, to Lewis Turco, with Turco's signature and blindstamp on endpaper and title page respectively. Book is in excellent shape, binding sound, text clean, very slight shelfwear, nice and bright. Jacket, now in mylar, also very good, but separate belly band, with quote from John Cage, has some dampstain. Heavy book: priority or international shipping may be extra. . Very Good+. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 1971.
