Pale lime green coloured endpapers. 1/4 dark gray cloth covered backstrip with green colour titles. 3/4 silver gray coloured boards. Illustrated dustwrapper, by Robert Glaster, with yellow coloured titles to the front panel and black and yellow colour titles to the backstrip. Black-and-white photographs of author to the rear dustwrapper panel. The story of Mollie Lovejoy, twice married and twice deserted by her first husband, now in love with architect John Tucker. Then her first husband comes back .... Softening to the backstrip edges and bumping to the top book corners. Rubbing to the lower book edges. Light browning of the textblock edges and pages.
