Binding tight, pages clean and unmarked, paper Near Fine, covers bumped at head and tail of spine but black cloth still crisp, silver spine lettering bright. DJ has surface tear (3/4") right at the "P" in author's last name, a vertical tear at the lower fr foreedge (1/2") with minor wear at the extremities, color still VG. DJ handles nicely in mylar protector. .
