The binding is bumped and worn and has pale spotting on the spine. Binding dulled form use. A sound copy with secure inner hinges. Endpapers foxed. Text is toned and smudged. A few pages at the front have chips at the bottom corners. A sturdy copy. The authors were from North Carolina. Julius Foust was the President of the State Normal and Industrial College (now UNCG) in Greensboro, NC. Isaac Griffin was the Superintendent of the City Schools in Marion, NC. Thomas Foust was the Superintendent of the Guilford County Schools, also from Greensboro.
