New York: William Sloane & Associates, 1955. Second Printing (same as first) . Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. 1955 SECOND PRINTING of First USA Edition. SIGNED by 1953 team member George Lowe on title page. Original black cloth with gilt lettering spine. The book is in near fine condition with no previous owner marks or writing on any pages (other than Lowe's signature), clean, bright pages, no foxing, solid binding. The dust jacket has rubbing along spine edges, 5mm tear upper rear, price-clipped front flap corner. The book measures 219mm tall x 137mm, and has 303 pages, 48 b/w photos, 5 maps, 15 drawings, index. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
