New York: Grosset & Dunlap, 1969. Cloth. Very Good +/Good +. Leonard Kessler. INSCRIBED BY LEONARD KESSLER, THE BOOK'S AUTHOR AND ILLUSTRATOR, TO HIS NIECE, on the front free endpaper's verso. A solid copy to boot of the 1969 1st edition. Clean and VG+ in a bright, Good+ dustjacket, with soiling to the panels and a bit of light staining and minor chipping along the panel edges. Quarto, nicely illustrated thruout in vivid color by Leonard Kessler.
