Cassell and Company, Ltd. Used - Very Good. 1922. Hardcover. Cloth, no dj. Octavo. 336 pp. Green cloth, with black line decoration, and gilt oval line-drawn portrait on front cover. Some scuffing to cover, notably at ends of spine. Cloth beginning to fray at head of spine, corners of front board. Ink smudge at bottom of front cover, along decoration. Boards a little bowed, with top corners slightly bent. Some foxing to endpaper, with pencil marks at front. Photographic frontispiece bent down boarder, but the image is unmarred. Text and plates otherwise pristine, with minor scuffing on title page. Very Good. (Subject: Africa).
