No date, but 1939. No statement of printing on copyright page. Ads at back. Original orange cloth with faded spine, suggesting this jacket may have been married to this book. Jacket has been trimmed at edges. Previous backing has been expertly removed, with a few tears closed on verso with Japanese paper. An elusive book, particularly in jacket.
