London: John Lane the Bodley Head, 1912. First edition (hardback). 8vo (22cm by 14cm), xvi, 304pp. Frontispiece, plates. Original blue cloth, gilt titling to the spine. Some rubbing of the boards, preliminary pages foxed, pp302/303 opened a little clumsily. Overall, this copy is in good to very good condition.
