Caldwell, Idaho: The Caxton Printers, Inc., 1941. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. Signed by Author(s). 1st Edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. VG/good, used, tan colored cloth binding with brown text to spine and upper, brown illustration of buffalo skull on upper, 284pp. Interior clean no marks except former owners gift inscription and date on the front paste-down, lengthy inscription by author and authors signature with date on the front free end-paper. Laid in loose is a bookmark that looks hand painted and states"Wyoming State Flower Sincerely Yours Lorah B. Chaffin". I can not tell is the signature on the book mark is real or printed. Also laid in loose is a postmarked(Story, WY 1942) post card addressed to the former owner and a short note on the reverse of card also signed by the author. There is a former owners bookplate pasted to the front paste down. Binding is tight. The dj is worn with tiny tears along top and bottom edges of upper, spine and lower, paper at dj corners is slightly worn. DJ is not price-clipped. Wear to dj paper along fore-edges of upper and lower. DJ enclosed in protective sleeve..
