Translated from the Spanish by Frances Douglas; Inscribed by the author, Vicente Blasco Ibanez, the Spanish novelist and screenwriter best known for his novel Los cuatro jinetes del apocalipsis, on which the film The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse is based.
