Ellis and Green, 1872. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1872. Second Edition. 447 pages. This is an ex-Library book. Half bound brown leather with brown marbled covered boards. Gilt lettering. Book has been rebound by library, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Clean pages with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpapers and pastedowns. Binding remains firm. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Gilt lettering is darkened. Heavy splits, scuffing and peeling to edges, spine and corners. Visible wear marks to boards.
