Boards are bright green with beautiful gold gilt stamped illustration on front of book and gold gilt stamped lettering on spine. Both book and dust jacket have very minor bumping to on spine. Dust jacket is unclipped and dated 9/72. Dust jacket has 1" open tear on top back cover and 1/2" open tear on top front cover and some abrasion to the corners as well. From the same corral that produced the widely loved Horse Tradin', Ben "Doc" Green has rounded up fifteen new yarns filled with the ornery yet irresistible "con" that has branded Doc's books as classics of Western Americana
