In polished calf leather binding with decorative gilt paneled boards, raised banding and gilt lettering and decorations to spine. All page edges gilt. Green endpapers. In very good condition. Binding professionally repaired: newer leather to spines and corners. Rubbing and chips to edges of boards on original leather, some rubbing to spines. (304 -660pp.) Profusely illustrated with many additional engraved plates, includes decorative title page. Plus Fold-out panoramic plan of Westminster at front.
