Preceded by the first Irish edition of 1792. vi, 418 pp. Demi 8vo, contemporary sheep, gilt ruled spine borders, gilt stamped title on red morocco label. Biopredation to rear board and a spot of worming to front cover, tips softened, rear hinge starting, a few small dampstains, typical foxing especially to endsheets, sound and square otherwise [Evans 28776]. 'In the twenty third year of her age, she appeared in the ministry. For this awful service she had been prepared, by the great head of the church, with deep and humbling baptisms of the spirit. But she continued patient and faithful, under this proving dispensation, she experienced divine support, was graciously brought through all, and enabled to stand acceptably for the cause of truth and righteousness on earth.'
