New York.: G. Arnold Shaw., 1916. 143pp, portrait frontispiece. The author's second publication and the scarce American edition that preceeds the British edition by two years. With the bookplate of Lloyd Emerson Siberell, the noted bibliophile & Powys collector. Original green cloth with gilt border decoartion to the front cover & gilt titles. Clean covers with spine gilt lettering slightly dulled. DW (in a clear protective removable sleeve) has a little corner wear & rubbing, some rubbing to the surface at the head of the spine, a couple of short splits on the rear fold, gilt dulled to the front panel, some old sellotape reinforcement repairs on the back. Internally, pages are crisp & clean.. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good+. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
