Dust jacket has wrinkling, chipping, peeling, crease, some small tears and open tears on the edges and corners, some bug damage/chipping on the back bottom edge, patch peeled/scuffed on the front upper left corner, significant chipping and peeling on the front right side and some on the front left side, old price written on the front flap, scattered scratches, rubbing, and scuffing, light tanning and shelf wear. Book lightly bowed, some bumped corners, patch dent with wrinkling and some cracks on the front bottom left near the gutter, wrinkling on the gutters, some scattered light stains on the cover and page edges, small line scrape on the bottom page edges near the spine, lightly darkened endpapers, light tanning and shelf wear. This book offers an unequalled insight into a Texas auctioneer who became nationally known.
