The First Edition, printed June 1961, second state with overstamped New Price NF 18 stamped to rear cover. ; 4-1/4" x 7" (11 x 17 cm); 184 pp; Mild wear to wraps, clean and unmarked, spot of wear including tiny closed tears and creasing at upper right corner of 4 pp and with tiny creases at corners of a few additional leaves. Jacket with light soiling, rubbed and lightly creased at top and bottom of folds, spine slightly dulled .

U.S. BUYERS. Standard -- Most orders can be shipped by USPS Media Mail within the continental U.S. for the standard charge regardless of weight. Expedited -- Items which fit in the Flat Rate Envelope (about 6" x 9") can usually be sent by Priority Mail for $10.00; in that case we will automatically reduce the shipping charge for an expedited order when the order is processed. Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
