Brussels: Les Editions "Esseo., 1946. Pamphlet. 31p., stapled wraps, 6.25x9.5 inches, evenly toned, staples rusted, large dampstain on front wrap which bleeds through to next few pages. Text in French. Thèses No. 1. Tanrez was a militant Belgian anarchist theoretician. In 1940, he fled the German invasion of Belgium, but was arrested by the Vichy government in France and spent 3 months in a concentration camp, after which he returned to Belgium, only to be arrested by the Gestapo and committed to forced labor at the Breendonk concentration camp.
