"The Snow Queen" by Hans Christian Andersen 1929 - Collectible Antique Hardcover Book. 9"x 6 1/2" - 209 Pages. The book is in good condition, free from rips, tears, bends, and writing. The book has amazing black, white and red illustrations throughout. All pages are very lightly toned, there are a few minor stains and the front illustrated end page has a 1/4" edge tear. The red boards are in good minus condition with very light wear and a corner bump on the front top board. The binding is tight and square
Synopsis
P. J. LYNCH was born in Belfast in 1962, the youngest of five children. He studied illustration at Brighton College of Art (where one of his tutors was Raymond Briggs). He has won numerous prizes, including the Mother Goose Award and the Kate Greenaway Award. He now lives in Dublin.
