About This Item
McClelland and Stewart Limited, 1965. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. 88 pages. 5-1/4 by 7-1/4 inches. Poems. First edition (first printing). A very good copy in a very good dust jacket. With a long, rambling inscription by the author to Norman Mailer on the front free endpaper, reading in part: 'I suppose I'm sending you this for the same reason that you sent a book of yours to Ernest Hemingway. There is another motive: the wild thought that you wd be unable to contain your joy whence would come shekels out of the sky for me...'.
