Wilmington, N.C.: Wm. L. De Rosset, Jr., 1892. xv, [1], 456 pages, including index. Original maroon cloth with gilt spine lettering. [22.8 cm.] Ex-Sondley Reference Library with bookplate on front pastedown, embossed stamp on title and one other leaf, and a few small ink stamps. No external markings, but light evidence of call number removal at base of spine. Else good with wear to spine ends, corners, and rear hinge, and some stains and spotting to cloth. Binding is sound and text is clean. FIRST EDITION. Contributors include Alfred M. Waddell, Kemp P. Battle, and others.
