Interior has owner signature on first free end paper, otherwise clean and bright. Very nice copy. Papers collected related to Ward's studies on early Christian monasticism, the Desert Fathers, medieval miracles and the monastic tradition in England focused on the Anselm of Canterbury and the Venerable Bede. ; Collected Studies Series CS361; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 300 pages .
