Exceedingly Rare signed poster: "Rudolf Nureyev", The Berlin Ballet Is A Magnificent Sight - At The Met "The Idiot", 14 1/2" X 23", July 15th to 26th (1980), set into a black bordered wood frame (same dimensions), graphics designed by Jennie Walton who photographed Rudolf Nureyev & Valery Panov alternating in the role of Prince Myshkin. Nureyev has boldly signed in black ink with an incredible eleven inch signature perfectly centered across his body with outstanding contrast. Fine.<br/> <br/> NUREYEV, Rudolf (1938 - 1993). Russian-born ballet dancer who is considered by many to be the greatest of all time. The Idiot was Valery Panov%u2019s mammoth, 3-hour ballet based on the Dostoevsky novel, using music by Dmitri Shostakovich culled from various scores.<br/> <br/>
