SIGNED by Edwin Denby on the colophon, one of 100 copies signed by the author. A collection of poems by Edwin Denby (1903-1983), who was associated with the New York School (and was a well-regarded dance critic). This collection includes an appreciation by Frank O'Hara, reprinted from Poetry magazine, February 1957. Also includes a short bibliography. SCARCE.
PHYSICAL DETAILS: Octavo (8 1/2 inches x 5 3/4 inches; 215 x 145 mm), 186 pages, in gray cloth with silver lettering to spine, in a printed, green dust jacket (hard cover).
CONDITION: Top edge has a tiny bit of soiling but the interior is bright and clean. Some rubbing to extremities of dust jacket, with moderate toning and creasing to verso of jacket. Corner flaps trimmed; $7.95 price is printed on the lower panel. Near Fine in a Very Good or better dust jacket.
