New York: Van Nostrand, 1958.. 8vo. 326 pp. Very good in red cloth with embossed yellow lettering and black insignia. Spine top and bottom slightly bumped. Upper front cover corner creased. Black mark at spine top. Back cover lightly soiled, pages mildly yellowed. Tape residue on back cover at center-right. Inscribed with stamp and handwritten name of two previous owners. Front endpaper cracked.
