About This Item

Brown, textured paper boards feature black lineart symbol and white title info on the cover, and title info on the spine, also in white. Covered in a mylar wrap, this book is in very good condition. There is a small soil marking on the top edge of the front cover, and all of the edges show very minor shelfwear. Inside, the thick pages are clean with sharp corners, although the fore-edge of the text block looks to have very light foxing. This large volume is only 1 of 100 printed in hard covers, and this copy is numbered "XXX - Out of Series. One of three copies. D. F." David Farmer, who compiled this tribute to Sassoon, has also left a personal inscription on the first end paper. ; B&W Photographs; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 68 pp; Signed by Compiler .
