Stein and Day, 1964. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Very good in good dust jacket. SIGNED and inscribed/dated "Best wishes from The Shy Photographer to Jack Keller, a no-good ambidextrous golfer" by the author on the half-title page. No stated edition or numberline (1st printing). Dust jacket has edgewear, corner fraying, small closed tears, and minor rubbing. Book has shelfwear to the base of the spine and mildly bumped corners. The only novel by the late Carroll, a Canadian photojournalist,war correspondent, and author of "'Falling For Marilyn: The Lost Niagara Collection" and "The Death of the Toronto Telegram and Other Newspaper Stories". Rare signed. Where possible, all books come with dust jacket in a clear protective plastic sleeve, sealed in a ziplock bag, wrapped in bubble wrap, shipped in a box.
