About This Item
New Canaan, CT: The Long House, Inc, 1962. Pamphlet. 48p., softbound in 9x6 inch plain printed wraps executed with a stylized cover font. Nice copy: sound, clean and unmarked. Right-wing press' publication of what is described as a "communist blueprint" for undermining democracy, first printed in Czechoslovakia, finally obtained by accident--"by a member of Britain's House of Lords." From p.5: "It is not known exactly how the piece you are about to read came into Western hands. It is the translation of a communist document. Its original was presented before a conference on theory composed of teachers assembled at the Communist Party's own political University in Prague during the summer of 1957" - further details are provided in-text, whether true or not.
