Disbound, but the text block is complete and holding well (Has more the appearance of a tract). Has some age toning, and spots of foxing. Concise biographies of characters such as the "Father of Railways" George Stephenson, former Prime Minister Earl Grey, engineer and industrialist William George Armstrong (1st Baron Armstrong), Victorian ironmaster Sir Isaac Lowthian Bell, and others. 160 pages. 185 x 125 mm (7¼ x 5 inches).
