About This Item
New York: Philosophical Library, 1949. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Near Fine. Translated by Forrest Williams and Stanley Maron. Very Good in a Near Fine jacket, unclipped ($2.75), faded at the spine. Yellow paper on the boards, bumped at the corners, with blue ink lettering and designs on the spine and front board. Square and firmly bound, former owner's name inside the front board, clean otherwise. As the title implies, this is Wahl's brief account of existential thought through the ages, ending with a critical summation and discussion.
