Many photographs of the event, steel engravings (protected by tissue guards with captions) of the notables who participated. 410 pp. including Index. Leather covers with four colored gilt plates on spine and rope outline on covers. Rubbing to cover and spine edges, corners bumped, dirt smudges and creasing on back cover, spine edges bent. Browning along edges of endpapers. Some pages have browned edges and dirt smudges, otherwise interior is tight. Book in Good+ condition. Keim was a War Correspondent of the New York Herald. .
