Volume I (1874): viii, 678 pp. Volume II (1875): x, 680-1452 pp. Introduction in German and English. . Boards of both volumes are worn at extremities, darkened, rubbed and soiled. Spines and hinges of both volumes are fragile and starting. Pages are age toned. Still a very usable set of this important concordance to Shakespeare's work. The scarce first edition.
