Hodder and Stoughton, 1901. Hardback. Second Edition, 1901. Hardcover. 57pp. Blue vertically ribbed cloth lettered in gold at the spine and with two small gilt vignettes to the upper board. Has been kept in protective cover. Bevelled edges, top edge gilt, others untrimmed. Tips of corners and head and base of spine very lightly chafed and just a trace of spotting to the endpapers. A very good copy. Yeats' lyrical play, preceded by an untitled poem which beginsI walked among the seven woods of Coole (originally printed under the title 'Introduction to a Dramatic Poem' in 'The Speaker' earlier the same month).
